A: Depending on the categories of product, it varies. Basically, monthly rent includes Furnishing charges, Maintenance charges, Housekeeping charges, Internet charges, RO water & Society Maintenance Charges. To be more specific, check the amenities segment for a clear view.

A: We tried hard to include everything you need in our rental package but still there are some dynamic facilities which can not be predicted before.In your rent, we have excluded Electricity bills, Food & Water Bills for your convenience. Pay as much you consume.

A: We give you complete flexibility in mode of paying rent also. We accept online payments through payment gateway, wallets, NEFT as well as Cash payment if unable to pay online.

A: Yes, token amount is essential to book a bed/flat/home. It will help us to differentiate between real and fake bookings. No, once we receive the token money, the unit/bed will be booked in your name.

A: We just want to avoid fake bookings, minimum of Rs. 2000 is enough to book a bed.It will be adjusted in 1st Month rent, once you started living in Roomsoom unit.

A: Yes, we are expecting the rent before 5 th day of every month. After 5 th , you need to pay Rs. 100 per day up to 10th for the delay

A: We are very conscious for all your comfort zone. We have a main electricity meter in every property, which is integrated with sub-meters. This facilitate tenants to share the bill as per their usage. So, if you are living alone, you will be getting bill for your usage only. Also, we are offering installation of prepaid meters, which will help you more in paying hassle free electricity bills.

A: We don't have a no in our dictionary for our host. We will assist you to get connected with the best vendors from industry if we don't have that service.
